Problem Statement
Traditional gear rentals rely heavily on manual coordination—phone calls, paper forms, and spreadsheets. This approach is error-prone, frustrating for customers who want quick access to gear, and a logistical nightmare for operators trying to track inventory, late returns, and revenue leaks.
Solution & Implementation
We built an automated, self-service rental ecosystem that handles the heavy lifting.
For Adventurers: A modern interface to browse curated catalogs, initiate rentals, extend periods, and view history—all without making a single phone call. For Operators: A comprehensive backoffice that tracks active rentals, manages suppliers, and automatically calculates late fees for overdue gear—protecting inventory and maximizing profitability.
