Built with Laravel, this enterprise-grade application streamlines critical operational workflows across KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia) Operational Regions (DAOP). It digitizes everything from Access Right Revocations to CCTV Maintenance into a secure, easily accessible portal.
Problem Statement
Relying on manual or fragmented systems for operational forms leads to severe inter-departmental coordination delays, lost paperwork, and increased data entry errors. These administrative bottlenecks are critical vulnerabilities that a major railway network simply cannot afford.
Solution & Implementation
We developed a unified digital portal that enforces structure, transparency, and speed.
